acct closed?

I am in the middle of playing with my son and both of us gets auto booted saying account closed. I don't get why we got account "closed" and no longer usable

acct names were umdoh and jibbajabba toon names were toofless and jibbajabba.


actually the more i sit here the more frustrated i have gotten. no explination or anything.. im in the middle of playing and the account gets closed. we heard this server was the best for nilla after playing ED / SC / rebirth and a few others. so far it's been great up until this nonsense. i mean really?
