can't connect (banned?)

everytime i log in with my account i get this message "unable to connect" once then i try logging in again , then i get "this world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use" yes ive tried everything on the forum that has been posted to fix the log in issues, and i have played before on that account on this server. if a mod or admid could let me know what is wrong, that be helpful at least. Thanks

When you try to login, do you see a series of messages flash on the screen indicating it might work but then get the "Unable to connect" error at the very end? E.g.: Connecting...Authenticating...Handshaking...Success!...Connected...Unable to connect. Or does it just flat out say unable to connect without any series of messages? Also, how many times does the server let you login and give you the "Unable to connect" message before it finally shows "This account has been closed?" This is important because it shouldn't say the account's closed for only one unsuccessful login attempt.

What realm does it specify in the bottom, right corner of the login screen under the "Terms of Use" button?
