Quest reward sold, can't get back

Hi, I recently started collecting a nice set to wear in cities etc, so I went through massive lists of weapon models that could fit, I found 1. But this 1 specific weapon was from a reward in a quest I have already completed and sold without thinking it was special.

Can you please refund the item in exchange for the vendor value?

Name of item "Blade of Reckoning" from quest "Jail Break!" I am on the followup quest "Stormwind Rendezvous" right now. Ingame name is Ioofs, notice its an i not an L in the beginning.

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item.


We are not able to refund any item exept the ones stated in the ToU
