Account closed after server reset...please help

Yesterday May 20 midnight (around 1 am my time, I live on mountain time) there was a server restart which occurred. During that time i was in a Walling caverns dungeon group and we got disconnected halfway through, after kill "skum" to be precise. The plan was to get back on in 5 mins and we tried, but after me trying to connect 5times, it said my account is now closed... with no emails to my account or no nothing and doesn't said I got banned but it said my account was closed and it tried to redirect me to the actual blizard-europe site to post something. I thought it was going to be a bug that would get resolved in the morning, it is now 3 pm my time and still it is going on... Please I really wish to receive help as I was very into my character and played for hours. My character name was "Jobohan" a lvl 19 hunter. I almost forgot to include that it won't let me log in with account to the forums website, please help me because I would not like to replay all those hours since it took a while.
