Unable to connect.

My friend wants to start playing again but he think's he has forgotten his username or password. He tried to login and tried multiple combinations of possible usernames/passwords and one took him past the "invalid username or password" and then just started saying "unable to connect". How does he resolve this issue or how does he contact a GM or tech support to recover his username/password?

He'll need to send one of the administrators a private message to get assistance with account/password recovery. If he has his own forum account, he'll need to post at least one comment somewhere on the forum for the private messaging feature to become enabled.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
