INGAME ISSUE: Unable to see anyone elses health but mine.

Hi,
Im new to this server and I am unable to see anyone else's health as in the number. This includes other players, npcs, and also mobs. I see the health bar but when I mouse over the see the number, it doesn't appear. Sorry if this problem was already solved on the forum but I couldn't find it.

(also on a side note, I've been getting another issue that has seemed to fix itself but the problem would be my player frame would displace itself on a random occasion, this hasn't occurred lately but just in case there is a fix for it, in case the problem comes back. thanks)

Get the addon MobHealth and MobInfo2. It shows near-accurate numbers.

MobHealth will NOT show your target's numerical HP value until you start doing damage to it. Then it will auto-calculate, depending on how much damage you did and what's the % of HP stated by the client, how much "real" HP the target has and translate it into a numerical value.

MobInfo2 does show HP values, but ONLY for mobs, using a database.

There is no way to display a targetter player's numerical HP values, even friendly players from same faction UNLESS:

They're in your party OR raid and close to you (probably the same distance as for inspecting, so pretty close to each others)
