No Hp/Mana status text on targets

I turn on status text bar on the interface options but still see only my hp and mana values. On the targets it is blank, no hp and mana. I try reinstall but this not helped. I also try useing Unit frames addons like x-pearl and shadowed ui but still the same, the only diference is I see a percentage instead of nothing when using x-pearl.
Is this is a wow version bug or something ? Anyone know how to fix this ?

To my knowledge, that's how vanilla WoW was designed. You aren't suppose to see a target's HP or mana. The "Show Status Text" interface option only shows it for your character, not other players or mobs.

You'll need to download an addon if you want to see a target's HP/mana. Some players have suggested MobHealth and MobInfo2. See this thread for more information.
