Failed to connect and banned?

Hi, I've also had this issue, I played a few hours ago but now I get "unable to connect", I am using the correct pw and name ( wrote it down on paper ). Not of the fixes are working for me sadly, and it also says I am banned now.

Well, the problem still persists, have tried to contact an admin to see if i can get my password changed to see if that fixes the problem, no response so far.

Try to wait 24 hours before logging in again

Not working.

Also try un-checking save account name on the login screen, close application, open it and manually enter the name.

Not working.
