Banned in Duskwood - Hopefully an error.

I was grinding in duskwood minding my own business, and when i logged out i couldnt log back in. It says that my account has been closed.

I have not been botting or used any third party software with World of Warcraft and i was wondering what could've happen to make me banned.

I was trying to log in to an alt account at the time i was banned. I was wondering it that could have triggered it? I had just made that account and had not created any characters on it, so dont think that should be a problem.

Please respond, i wanted to play wow this saturday.
