Can't Login/ Account Banned (Gm confirmed not banned)

I literally have tried everything in the sticky made by AverageJoe, but I cannot for the life of me get my account (jakeandyosie) working. I waited a couple hours in hopes that it was a temporary ban, but no luck! I deleted my game and reinstalled since that only takes me 10 minutes, no luck! I made a new account, and I logged on and killed a few wolves got disconnected and that account was banned too!!! My friend tried to get onto my account from his house in Virginia and couldn't get on, then he tried to get onto his accounts: zeshibot/zeshibot1 and was also banned on his accounts after he tried to get onto mine. He was playing just fine too before that. What's going on here? Tyrael confirmed that I am not banned, so I have no clue what this error might be. I'd like some help so I can help people who are also probably having this issue. I used the questie addon and damage meters, everything else was just stock how the game comes. Let me know what other info you may need to diagnose the problem since we know it wasn't from being banned!

***UPDATE*** I could once again get back into the new account I had created at jakeandyosie2, and was able to login to the server and play. I tried once again to get on my account that I actually care about, and it brought up the ban again. Then, I tried to log back into the new account, and it also said banned once again even though a second before I was able to log on. I just don't understand what could be going on when a GM said the account is not banned, and I've waited a pretty good amount of time ( an hour) before trying to log back on to make sure I cleared the server entry temporary ban. Bumping for sanity.
