How can i report someone in the game for some reasons ? (cheat, harassment, ...)

Hi, i already tried it in the first place, nothing happens but a system message:
"Game Masters do not handle bug reports.
Please use our bugtracker and provide sources if possible.

I went to this web site, there is a bug tracker (not easy to find btw), but there is nothing to report other players.

When you click "Help" in-game, select "Stuck" in the list of "Issues a GM can assist with." That opens a ticket that GMs will review.

For future reference, just select "Stuck" for everything that needs the attention of a GM (Player's spamming chat, offensive language, gold selling, cheating, etc.).
