No, there wont happen stuff like this. This would be ninjaheaven. Ninja Eye of Sulfuras and namechange for 50$? Sounds legit. 50$ for Sulfuras would be really cheap. There is no reason other than that to change your name.

Friends and ignored chars are not cleared if you change name in retail, so if someone ninjaed, you would be quickly identified even after a name change.

Doubtful. This topic has been brought up numerous times along with other purchasable services (Faction change, level boosts, etc.) and the admins have made it very clear they won't implement such paid services.
