Losing Valuable Items with Server Hiccup?

I was just playing on my rogue in the stockades, and I was really upset to lose an Assassin's blade during the hiccup. I opened a lockbox, got the blade in the instance, the server lagged out, i was reset a minute maybe and then had all of my lockbox's back. I'm assuming there's nothing I can do to get my item back, but if there is can someone let me know how to do it? I'm just really sad lol
