Lost Item After Server Rollback

Hi, I was killing the whelps in eastern badlands and the Dark Whelpling pet dropped. The server went down soon after, and when I logged back on, I was rolled back to a point where I didn't have it. This happened at approximately 12:10 AM, May 26th. I tried to submit a ticket in-game, but I got a server response that the Game Masters do not handle bug reports, and to go to "report.nostalrius.org". That website doesn't seem to be anything related to the server though. It kind of bums me out to lose the pet, I know they are quite rare.

unfortunately we do not restore items lost after a rollback, except epic (raid)items should they be gone after a server rollback.
