Ill try that Nacht i just deleted it from my computer and am reinstalling .. i love Vanilla and really want to keep playing on this server but this is terrible :\

when i try to change it it say Access denied

It's installed in a place where Windows won't let you modify it. Try dragging the file to your desktop, editing it there, then dragging it back to your WoW folder.

For your information, you can move the entire directory, it doesn't affect the game. I suggest you to create a directory in your c:\ (or other drive/partition if you separate the system from the apps).
Eg : my path is "f:\Nostalrius" (as f:\ is a dedicated ssd), and there is no problem in editing any file
