Open an in-game ticket with their character name, some details (Level, race, class, etc.), and a link to a screenshot if possible.

While in-game, click "Help" > "Issues a GM can assist with" > "Stuck" > "Still stuck, page a GM" > Enter a description of the gold seller with the info listed above then click "Submit."
