Account closed/unable to connect

Hello, i changed password earlier with the ingame command and played perfectly up to the point where i logged out and tried logging in again. I tried logging in a couple of times before gettg the "unable to connect" message and later on "account closed". Sadly i can't send private messages, because i'm not sure what the problem is yet.

when you try to login with faulty credentials the system bans you temporary to prevent hacking attempts.

you just entered your credentials incorrect too many times.

please try again in 15 - 30 minutes.

Okay, is there any way to reset password? I used the .account password as mentioned and after that i couldn't connect. Would also be nice to be able to PM an admin.

You only need to post once to enable private messaging. Try to PM again.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
