Bugged Account

I have a bugged account that blocks my 3rd account from creation.
It is impossible to login on this account.
Accountname is Schnorz

They are both extremely busy from what I've read. It's not unusual for them to take days to reply.

instead of deleting any account (which is never done)
can you let us know what exactly the problem is.

connection issues, or did you forget password?

thats all i get for that account.
The other 2 accounts work, but i need that 3rd account for another person... so deleting should be easier, since i tried everything in the beginning before creating another.



edit: problem is solved, Daemon helped me out, thanks @ all
