been having connection problems and now can't log in

Hey, I've been having trouble connecting since yesterday and now when I try and log in it says account closed??? Character named idkwot

Are you getting the message "Unable to connect" when trying to login? If so, that could indicate the wrong password being used. If you try to login unsuccessfully like ten times or more, the server will temporarily ban ("Close") the account for security reasons. Are you still getting the same error you were from Sunday?

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

Yes same error, it says account closed. Maybe my password was wrong? I did try and hammer it a few times thinking maybe the server was having issues.

If you forgot your password, than please provide a PM to admins with all information related to your account (to verify your authenticity) and they will reset your password.
