lost chest on server reset

I just lost the cadaverous chest in school due to the server reset that just happened. The warlock in group named kohu has it in his bags we killed the boss opened loot window and server disconnected. http://i.imgur.com/CbIVJ23.jpg

so I got an in game mail saying that they don't fix looting mistakes even if it is caused by a server disconnect. it isn't a mistake if you disconnect when loot window opens and you cant click the need or greed button by ur disconnected already.

No, you got an in-game mail saying "We do not restore lost items or fix looting mistakes even if it's due to a DC. The GM's saying whether you lose an item or accidentally loot something you didn't need or someone else wanted, both due to a disconnect or otherwise, are not restored.

It's outlined in the Nostlarius Terms of Use. Only epic raid items are restored due to a disconnect or rollback and only under certain conditions.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

• Exact date of the raid;
• Screenshot of the raid ID;
• Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
• Name of the player who received the item.
