Quest Issues

I hace had 2 different quest lines that are both not working when they have worked for others. The first is The Legened Of Stalvan. I can not oopen the lock box in moonbrook in order to get the letter have had friends complete it and watch people do it very frustrating given it is a long chain. The Second is The Missing Diplomat after defarting Private the private in Theramore and returning to turn the quest in i was un able to and the quest disapered from my log. I tried asking a gm and the response i got was pretty sad. Just wondering if this a known bug or what the deal is. They are rather long quest chains that took alot of time to complete. Thanks for any responses or answers.

This quest is giving me troubles too. I cant complete the last quest in the chain. When i hit the button to get the reward, nothing happens.

Have you tried clearing your cache? Go into your WoW folder and delete the "WDB" folder, log into the game, and try again.
