leveling weapon skill, suddenly banned?

Hi, I was mindlessly grinding some mobs in Southern Barrens to try and get my 1h weapon skill up so I could tank RFK for a group I was in. I suddenly got dc'd and when I tried to log in it said my account has been closed. There were no messages or anything before hand other than party chat. The only thing I can think of is that I connect through a VPN because I live in Asia and the connection sucks otherwise! How to get my character back??? Charname: Datsmaysh
