It seems my account and my brother's have been banned. We've only started yesterday so I don't really see what we could've done wrong :/ Any insight on this issue?

if your account name is mrplumm (its a guess)
then it has never been banned.

it can be due to server outage/ faulty username or password or faulty config files.
