CANT CONNECT DUE TO REALM SELECTION

ive genuinely tried everything that has been suggested, every time i try to change my realm list it says access denied and ive tried downloading that tool but it doesnt work, ive tried reinstalling but it didnt do anything, truely stuck need assistance
