Can't even 'start wow'

Hi i got my second PC and WoW dont wanna launch : /

I ...
- delete WTF
- delete WDB
- delete addons
- reinstall game few times
- openGL mode
- windowed mode
- admin mode

nothing wanna help. : /

I start wow.exe -> after few seconds games 'crashed'.
Black screen and wheni hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete i see "No answer' on World of Warcraft

What can i do now? : (

If that doesn't work, right-click your WoW shortcut icon, select "Properties," click the "Compatibility" tab, and enable the checkbox for "Run this program as an administrator." Also check your monitor's resolution and see if it's set to something abnormal like 1366x768. If so, change it to a more common resolution like 1920x1080.
