Lost item after rollback (bugged)

Soo.. I did Wailing caverns and the server crashed just as we killed the last boss for "Gem of Serpentis".

When the server crashed it got rollbacked and i lost the last gem and now I cant get a new one for some reason (tried and killed it again) but no loot.

Is there someway that an admin can give me the last gem since I can't retrieve it myself anymore?

Have you tried opening an in-game ticket asking a GM?
