Can't log in?

I need a GM or someone to help with this problem. I've created an account first, then downloaded the game. It works, but the only problem is logging in. I put in my username account Way8232, then my password. Over many times, it will not let me log in. It could be that I'm new, because I've created this account today on 5/29. Is there a verification thing, or do I need to be accepted in order to play? Could it be that I created my account first before I downloaded the game? I really do think this problem can be fixed, I just need someone to help.
