Irregular first login inability

Hello, my future friends (I hope).

Please note that I have read pretty much everything I could find on various issues and took the steps needed with no success.

I am getting "Unable to connect" errors. The error pops out after the handshaking, authenticating, success and all. I am sure I am entering the right password, as I just created the account. Probably as a result of me trying to get ingame, the errors then tend to switch to the "ban error". I am getting totally devastated and furious after trying to solve a login issue for several hours. Account name Notpeople - created when this evening was still young.

Is there any log which would contain the information about my logins, like if the server is rejecting me for some reason?

I can think of several things: an issue with my IP (nobody from this home plays, but the provider has massive coverage and several other flats in the building use that provider) or as I read troubleshooting, I stumbled across that the reason could be some kind of the anti-cheat protection, rejecting connection automatically. I do not have any cheating programs or stuff, but it could be anthing ranging from developer tools, through a virus, to residue files from my brother's usage of my external hard drive.

I will appreciate any advice or suggestions, will try everything. Thanks

The ban message you are getting is from logging in too many times unsuccessfully. The server has brute force hacking prevention in place to prevent stolen accounts from being accessed. The ban is temporary and is lifted in 15 to 30 minutes. All you can do is try to login again when the ban is lifted.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

The ban was lifted many times during this evening, that didn't solve the primary login issue. Also my first logins weren't influenced by such temporary ban. Hope the night puts some sense in this "system". Will be back with a status.

Problem persists, cannot login, and after only ONE attepmt and "Unable to connect", I get the temporary ban? Okay. Can I get some assistance please?

Edit: I get the ban message with any random login info I enter afterwards, did I get cursed? I'm logging in from a different city and ISP.
