Hello, on that last Tuesday I was playing on my shammy where I decided to change the password, and I did. Went into a far place where there was nobody if some1 was there and command failed (first time I changed pass so I wasn't sure) and got the confirmation on screen, and I'm sure of the new pass I put there and confirmed, a pass that I already know for years and I use for many other games. Just after changing the password I got disconnected from the server, don't know if that was server crash or just me, but I did got disconnected. Tried to log in normally with new password. Didn't work. Tried old password, also didn't work. As the password is a repeat of some letters and numbers, I thought if it wasn't working it was because I missed some letter or number even tho I'm sure of the password I did put, so I tried a lot of other passwords with some letters and numbers that are close of the password's letters and numbers on keyboard, tried so damn many times and many passwords that I kept getting the banned message for the spam of incorrect passwords and only trying once each 10-15 mins. I found that the only correct possibility is that my password got some of bug because of the crash or dc I got after changing it, making my account having a random pass or whatever else, because I tried many possible combinations of passwords if I did miss any letter or number but still nothing.
That happened on Tuesday and I'm trying to PM to Admins since then, still got not any answer but a help from a GM who has been really nice to me, but sadly can't do nothing than helping me contacting Admins. I just hit 60 with the shammy and spent a LOT of gold on his equip to pvp, was really excited to play, and that happens to me. Really good luck, as always.
There might be a option to retrieve password, right ? Also without the e-mail ? Because the account's email is bugged because Outlook, but if I can get the account back I'll make a insane tryhard to remember the secret password and get that e-mail back to play again, but might be a way to confirm my paternity on the account without e-mail, like old password and new password, my friend list on the shammy, or idk something like that, right ?
Hope any of the admins I PMed since Tuesday can read this and help me or a really nice GM who can get me into them as the one who is trying to help me for days. Thank you !
