Strath UD Baron unable to be looted

Hello. So we were doing Strath UD and when we killed Baron Rivendare we couldn't loot him because everyone died(we got invaded by a thousand angry gargoyles for some reason). When we got back inside the inst and killed the gargoyles to get to the baron we couldn't loot him. So I'm wondering if you could do something about this. I've uploaded a screenshot for proof.
