Me: Hello, i changed my password with the ingame command but now i cant login to my account anymore. Can u please give me a password reset ? Accname: pinnn

GM : "We do not provide password resets any longer. An automated system is in the works to provide this feature. "

This means i cant play till the system is online and u didnt even say when this service will be available. So maybe ill have to wait another 2 months to play again. It is too much work to send a new password to the account users ? I read the forum and i think im not the only one with this problem. This is not the support i expect on a populated private server like this.

The password reset system will be available in the near future. Until then you can create another account to play with. Administrators of this server have already a lot of work to do with the content in-game or developing tools (like password reset), to answer all PM about passwords.

Please be patient and keep in mind that everything here is done voluntary and no one is paid to do this work.

Hi I have the same issue and got a reply from gm that the new system would arrive in a few days and that was on sunday so just be patience. Will most likely come this week.

Not excatly been waiting since sunday morning now. I tried to level a new toon on another account but when you have a lvl 60 waiting for you it's not fun to start from lvl 1.
