Maybe I'm thinking wrong, but isn't Nostalrius a 1.12.1 Vanilla server? In 1.12 the bracers were definetely in the game. The biggest German wow database displays discussions about the item as soon as August 2006. Like roughly every leather melee out there I'd really love to see the item in the game.

It's a 1.12.1 client but 1.3 content from what I've read.
