Can`t connect to the server

Hello,
First of all I want to say thank you to developers of Nostalrius, you did a tremendous job to bring it to us.

Though I`m very disappointed since I can`t connect to the server. I`m receiving 'Disconnected from the server' message. Maybe the problem is that I haven`t received the confirmation email yet? Then what should I do in order
to have my account approved? Does the server have regional limitation? I`m connecting from Ukraine, also I heard there can be problems from ISP side.

My biggest suspicion is that my account is still not approved, how can I check my account`s status?

Can you check that your firewall/router does not block the ports required for connecting to Nostalrius? You could also check with your ISP as there have been cases where players could not reach the server due to ISP routing issues.

Well, I didn`t have any problems with my ISP previously. I run various game and we servers freely.
I`m sure my router does not block any ports, maybe some port forwarding is required? What ports shoud I forward?

Guys, did any of you have problems with receiving of the confirmation email?
Also should I be able to ping this address, login.nostalrius.org? Because I can`t ping it, probably pinging is just disabled.

Neither account approval nor e-mail confirmation is required, or at least, I don't think it is. Once you register an account on the main website, you can begin playing immediately. Or at least, I was able to when I made my account back in March.

Oh snap, the problem is solved, I should have put `set realmlist login.nostalrius.org` into realmlist.wtf not just
'realmlist login.nostalrius.org'
