About the gold sellers.

The gold seller spam is getting completely out of hand in the cities. Lvl 5-7's spamming the trade channel and lvl 1's yelling. (Can't there be a lvl requirement for /yell?)
But what's worst: they appear to be completely unchallenged.

Right now on the horde side there is a lvl 5 warlock named Optlillons who is spamming gold selling crap from GM Island of all places!

Now, I completely understand that the GM's are volunteers with limited amounts of time. But at the moment it seems to me like no time at all is spent on fighting this issue. Because I see the same characters spamming for several days.
All it would take is for a GM to take a look at the city channels for 2 minutes a couple of times a day and just hit the ban button for the spammers that are always there.
Sure, they will make new spam characters. But at least with the lvl requirement for trade this will take them a little bit of extra time, as opposed to the completely unchallenged free days of spamming per char they have now.

I used to report all the gold sellers I saw. But I stopped that because like I said. All it takes is for a GM to take a 1 or 2 minute look at the city chats once in a while.
Perhaps set up the system that every GM that logs on will always first check the city channels and swing the ban hammer around before moving on to other parts of the job.

Could you not alter the ticket-GUI and make a section specific to gold sellers? Any GM who is only logging in for a short amount of time, to check something unrelated, can kill 3 minutes by looking at 20 gold spammer tickets - which are far less time consuming than real tickets can be, and it'd be unprofessional to ditch the guy once you gotta go because of other reasons.

I agree with Arise, all it needs is 1 GM to be in trade chat, even for a few minutes, to catch the majority of them.
You could easily do other tickets while being in a city, unless they require you to move.

As for Terranaut's idea, i've been thinking it would be nicer for things like this (things that don't "need" immediate action) if there was a report section on the forum.
Maybe a section where only the post's author and Staff members can read the post, to keep useless comments and fights out of there.
If a GM can filter trough those once or twice a day and takes the necessary actions, be it bans or warnings, it'll clean out eventually.
I just find the forum easier to report things like this, with screenshots etc, than the ingame tickets.

Blacklist whatever site they're spamming using that addon.
