Extremely low droprate for two quests in shimmering flats

"Salt flat Venom" and "Hardened Shells". The droprates for the items you need for these two quest are extremely low, even tough they should be 80%. http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=5795#dropped-by and http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=5794
Reporting this on the support forum since bug tracker doesn't seem to work.
The spawnrates for the vultures in the area also seems to be extremely low.

The bug tracker works. Have you tried following the instructions in this thread? Or are you having problems creating or finding the bugs you're reporting?
