I've tried to buy Light Leather Bracers recipe from the leatherworking trainer, Fimble Finespindle and it just keeps taking my money and won't teach me the recipe. I thought I was lagging or something so I kept hitting train, but then I realized that it just kept taking my money and I wasted a good 40 silver trying to learn it. Might not seem much, but this is my first character and I don't even have enough to buy my new skills.
Edit: I went back to learn other recipes from the same leatherworking trainer and I don't believe he is working properly.. Just takes money and doesn't train you anything
