Account banned for Multiboxing

Well now that I think of it, I created 2 accounts, but my stepson also has one. Funny thing is that I can't log into either of the accounts I created and the passwords to them are exactly the same except for the last digit. I was able to log into both of them one day and neither of them the next.

Still looking for help with my account access. Its been over a week. I know it's not an issue with me entering the wrong password because I have been using the same password for years. Both accounts had good access one day and no access the next. This is more than coincidental. Somehow the passwords must have been changed. I would really like to get back into the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.


P.S. There are three accounts at this IP address if that makes a difference.

Still the same response, neither of your accounts has ever been banned. Have you tried connecting from somewhere else?

I play on a wired connection on a desktop PC. It not really an option to connect from somewhere else. As I've said previously, I was playing fine for almost a week. Logged out on 5/30/15 to go to bed. When I tried to login on 5/31/15 it told me my login information was incorrect. The original password for my first account is the same as for this forum and the second account is incremented by one in the last digit (if that helps anybody). If that is not what the password is set to then it was changed by someone (not me since I dont know the commands to do that) or it was hacked.

You could try putting wow on a USB stick and then connecting from an Internet cafe or your work or from a friends place. If you can connect fine, then that rules out issues with your account and it's something to do with your Internet connection at home.

My internet connection is definitely not the issue. My stepson and I both play retail WoW and have since TBC. I am also playing TBC right now at another site. We also play Reaper of Souls and my stepson plays Heathstone and Heros of the Storm and LoL. None of these other games have any issues with connectiion. All needed ports are forwarded through the router and the Firewall is set to allow all of the needed programs. And my stepson has not complained about not being able to log in on his account. I have also deleted the WTF and WDB files. As I said before, I logged out at around 11:30pm on 5/30/15 and tried to log in again the following day in the late afternoon. The computer was idle for most of the time in between. I would even accept having the 2 accounts i created beginning with 'wheres' deleted so I could create a new one.

So I guess I am out of luck being able to play on this server since noone can help me get my login working. I know it is not me forgetting my password since I used the same password for the server and the forums and I am here posting. It is also not my connection since I am able to play EVERY other server/game I connect to. That only leave a problem on the server side.

Ya and deselect the saved account info, close app, re-open and manually enter everything. Worse case scenario use a free vpn service to move your IP. you could be getting caught up somewhere along the line.
