Lost password

Ok... I've read everything on forums but cant find how to reset or recover lost password. I registered account but im recieving always "unable to connect". From what I read thats incorect password. I cant find on website option to reset/recover my password, talked to Admin and all he said was "Hi, Admins no longer reset passwords"
And i cant register a new account because account limit is 2(im using the other account and everything is fine with it)

Is it even possible to recover my lost password. (I dont want to post my account name here on public forum)

Presently there's no way to reset a lost password outside of the game. To my knowledge, there has never been a password reset tool for Nostalrius game accounts. Used to be you had to send a private message to one of the administrators to get your password reset but recent users have commented that the admins are no longer resetting passwords and a new password recovery system will be rolled out soon. No ETA on when it will be available though.

Friendly follow up. The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
