Password reset

Hello.
I was recently trying to change my password in-game, and must somehow have messed up the process, seeing as now I'm not able to log in at all. I suspect I've somehow managed to change it to something I had no intensions changing it to in the first place.

Is there any cure for what I have, or is all hope lost?

All hope is not lost, though you might not like the answer that lies ahead.

Presently there's no way to reset a lost password outside of the game. Used to be you had to send a private message to one of the administrators to get your password reset but recent users have commented that the admins are no longer resetting passwords and a new password recovery system will be rolled out soon. No ETA on when it will be available though.

The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
