Server down?

can we have some donation system. maybe a new title in game that doesn't effect ANYTHING game related just aesthetics. So we can pay you guys to improve hardware, maybe have a weekly maintenance like retail does to fix any bugs etc?

We are investigating this issue right now.
We will keep you updated.

EDIT: A cause was found and fixed. It *should* be ok now, but we are still actively monitoring the realm "in case of".

Is abnormally high ping correlated with the server issues? I'm usually around 140 and now I'm at 230.

Friend of mine gets a 503 when connecting to the website.
