Password problem please help me

Hi earlier today I tried to change my password ingame. Then when i logged out after a while and tried to log back in, I must have typed the wrong password when I changed it. Because now I can't log back in. When I try now it says that I'm unable to connect and that the account has been closed and no longer available for use.

So I was wondering if there was a password recovery system I could use or what should I do?

Yeah but the thing is that I forgot what I changed the password to. Is there a place I can recover it or anything like that?

Could you reset the password or something I can't figure it out. I've tried like 8 different passwords that I regularly use and none of them work.

Presently there's no way to reset a lost password outside of the game. Used to be you had to send a private message to one of the administrators to get your password reset but recent users have commented that the admins are no longer resetting passwords and a new password recovery system will be rolled out soon. No ETA on when it will be available though.

The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
