Any progress on the Password Reset Tool?

I know you guys are most likely doing this on your Free time, Real Life comes first always. Just curious if there is an update of sorts that can be posted about the password reset tool. As I have not been able to login to my account I originally made eatbugs since like May 30th i think . I am just a curious gamer enjoying the Vanilla Wow
