Game freezing up

Hey guys i have a huge problem my game freezes up at about 10 minutes of gametime making it unplayable i have to restart my PC each time it happens, i tried reinstalling 2 times, i can run Skyrim on ultra and nothing happens so i don't think its a specs related issue its a newer PC.
