Open command prompt and try the tracert command to the following addresses:
Realm server currently is being ran from this address:
IP 178.33.122.86, port 3724
World server is being ran from this:
IP 5.196.82.39, port 8089
Those are the two ports that you need to have open as well.
This should at least give you a hint where the problem is hiding.
