Help me pls my charakter is stunned for ever

Hello, i cant move my charakter in Darkshore Auberdine, im lvl 17 druid and im stunned for ever. Cant move or do anything. Pls help me to free my charakter.

omg i solved it !
i wrote /sleep and then go for a logout, but i cancled it and jumped
maybe it will help others for the future.
