Bugged Lay on Hands

Hello,

I don't know if I am right here. So if I should post my report somewhere else, please let me know.

The Paladin spell "lay on hands" does not work properly. I spent 2 skill points in my holy talent tree for this spell. The cooldown reducition from 60 min to 40 min works fine. Additionally the person i use the spell on, should get 30% more armor for 2 min. When i use the spell on myself I get the buff. But unfortunately when i use the spell on someone else, he/she will not get the additional buff for 2 min.
I hope someone from the Nostalrius Team can fix this problem. Thank you for your time

Have you tried searching the bug tracker to see if a similar bug already exists, or if not, created a report for it?

Didn't know about bug tracker. I registered and indeed someone else posted already this problem on 2015-06-03. I just don't know if it was reported on March the 6th or June the 3rd, so if it is a recent problem or not.
The artifact ID is 1224.
Do i have to do anything else or how will be this problem solved ?

No idea on when it'll be solved. Chances are it was created on June 3rd.
