My account has been banned?

Made an account and started playing today and i go to log in now and it is saying my account is banned...? While I was on, I didn't interact with anyone other than the four friends at my house that I was plying with. I don't know why i would be banned or if its possible to get my account back. My friends I was with the whole time are fine and able to log in to their accounts. The site that the link takes me to says that I should have an email explaining why i was banned but I have not received anything...

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes for your temporary lockout to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out again.
