Level [10] Destiny Calls - Rogue Quest

The mob needs to be pick pocketed but according to a few people in game, the item is actually dropped on death it seems. It's not possible for a player at the same level as him to kill the mob by himself, as he spawns 4-6 level 9/10 minions to aid him.

The item can be pick-pocketed from the quest NPC. However, it is not correctly respawning at the moment. If another rogue has already pick-pocketed that item, the NPC needs to be killed.
