while trying to reset password I'm getting this message

When I can reset my password? And do I have a limit for how much time password can be changed?

A staff member will respond to you once they come online. Which is normally within the first 24 hours of thread creation. As for the password recovery, you're not able to do a password recovery as long as the account is online, and you'll need to wait 24 hours after it has gone offline.
