by deeja44 » Thu Jun 18, 2015 12:43 am

So i haven't played in about a month and forgot my darn password.

My account name is deeja44

It says the following

Whoops! There were some problems with your input.

This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.

I am in the military and was deployed for a month.

Would love to get back into the game any help is greatly appreciated.

My email is [email protected]

The password reset feature is unavailable if the account is currently in use. You'll also need to wait 24 hours after the account has gone offline. As to where to reset your password, please visit the link bellow:
Code: Select all

If it's been longer than 24 hours of your last login and you're still unable to recover your account through the link I supplied you earlier, then it's quite clear that someone has gained access to your account and is actively using it. Nostalrius does not recover lost/hacked accounts. The owner of an account is solely responsible for the security of the account.

If someone has taken over your account, the only way you'll be able to recover it is by actively trying the password recovery service. In the event that the user has changed the email on the account, then you're permanently locked out and will not be able to recover your account under any circumstances. I urge you to download a anti-virus program and a dedicated anti-malware program and make sure your computer is secure before you regain and/or create a new account.
